  • Freight Shipping: Larger or heavier items may be shipped via freight carriers. This includes curbside delivery and requires a scheduled appointment for delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Eligible items or orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping. This will be indicated at checkout.
  • Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs for ineligible items are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Additional Charges: Certain delivery services, such as inside delivery, lift-gate services, or redelivery, may incur additional fees.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Most orders are delivered within 2-8 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Freight Shipping: Delivery times may vary but typically range from 5-12 business days. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Service Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large items requiring freight delivery.
  • Some remote or rural areas may incur additional charges or be deemed undeliverable. Please contact us for assistance if you believe your address may be affected.

6. Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses

  • Some items are not eligible for APO/FPO shipping due to carrier restrictions. Contact us at [email protected] for specific inquiries.

7. Shipping Outside the Continental US

  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are handled on a case-by-case basis. For shipping quotes, email [email protected] with your address and product details.
  • Shipping to these locations does not include inside delivery or setup.

8. Receiving Your Order

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Note any visible damages or missing items before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Damaged Shipments: Report damaged items to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Additional Delivery Services

If you require services beyond standard delivery, such as:

  • Inside delivery.
  • Professional assembly or setup.
  • Change of delivery address after shipment.

10. Undeliverable Areas
