1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must meet the following criteria:
- Submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be new and unused in their original packaging.
- All components, parts, and accessories must be included.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance and final sale items.
- Apparel.
- Any product not in its original condition or missing parts.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Submit a return request within 30 days of receipt by filling out our [Return Request Form].
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless deemed otherwise by Upper Limit Fitness staff.
- Return Window: Products must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return label. Returns outside this window are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
3. Return Shipping Requirements
- Customers must ensure:
- Items are securely packaged and taped for transit.
- Labels are properly affixed to the package.
- Inspection Upon Arrival:
- Returned items are inspected to confirm they are in new, unused condition and include all components.
- Missing parts or damaged items may result in additional fees, deducted from the refund.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process through your financial institution.
- Refunds are calculated after deducting any applicable return shipping or restocking fees.
5. Cancellations
- Contact us immediately to request a cancellation. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled.
- No Exchanges: Cancellations apply to the entire order and cannot be reversed or modified.
- Once processed, the order is final and non-cancelable.
6. Promotions & Sales
- Products purchased during promotions or sales are not eligible for retroactive discounts or refunds.
- Prior purchases cannot be adjusted to reflect current promotional offers.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include the following in your email:
- Order number.
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- Resolution Process:
- Upper Limit Fitness or the manufacturer will determine if the product requires replacement or repair. Shipping fees may apply.
